World Bank proposals for a better healthcare system in Egypt
Despite an improvement in Egyptians' health during the past 20 years noted by the World Bank and represented in an increase in life expectancy from 64.5 years to 70.5 years, such an improvement was not achieved with equality.

Hike in tax on cigarettes will go to healthcare budget - Govt spokesman
The money generated by a hike in sales taxes on cigarettes -- the third increase in a year – will go towards the government’s healthcare budget, cabinet spokesperson Hossam Qawish said on Monday.
